About Us
What We Believe
We believe in God: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God.
We believe that God created humanity in His image, and in fellowship with Him. Through willful disobedience that relationship was broken and as a result, people are alienated and incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through their own efforts.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He became human to reveal God and to become the Savior of the world. He died to provide forgiveness for sin. He rose from the dead to defeat death for all who trust in Him. Faith in Christ restores relationship with God as our Father, and He begins changing our lives.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who comes to live within believers and works the will of God in their lives. All followers of Christ need the fullness of God’s Spirit in their hearts. And God has graciously provided the gift of his Spirit to all who seek Him.
We believe all Christians should live for Christ and not for themselves. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer should mature by being conformed to the image of Christ.
We believe that Christ promised someday to return to fulfill God’s Kingdom. At that time the dead shall be raised, all shall be judged, and creation renewed.
We believe in and practice baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
