Grace University: (Sundays @ 6 p.m.) The place to get connected and grow in your relationship with the Lord. We offer a variety of classes, most of which are on Sunday nights at 6 p.m. We hope you to get to know other people as well as learn about subjects you are interested in. We have classes ranging from the nursery to our Senior Adults. Our classes run for 8 weeks at a time. Jump in and get connected! The following Grace University classes begin on April 25th, 2010. The Screwtape Letters - Karole Jackson CS Lewis uses this imaginative literary device to help us see into how things could be structured as Satan carries out his plans among mankind. This will be a discussion oriented examination of 31 letters Seven Deadly Sins - Pastor Kevin Saying sin in public is like saying bomb on an airplane. It's ugly, it's deceptive, and it makes us uncomfortable. It's a loaded word. We avoid exposing it, we clean up after it's messes, and learn to just live with it. What do we lose when we entangle our lives with something so deadly? Join us and take a look at the ugly truth. Encouraging One Another - Doris Buchanan and Joy Patterson Encouragement comes from fellow believers as you reach out and touch one another's lives. God did not leave us to face life alone. he is with us always and we are all in this thing together. So let's encourage each other along the way. (This woman's class is offered at 10 AM on Sunday Mornings) A Woman's Heat-God's Dwelling Place - Kathy Allison We will examine the most vivid portrait of God's Son in the Old Testament, the Tabernacle. The theme of "A Woman's Heart" is the desire of a holy God to dwell among mortals. Come Join us in the exciting study in Exodus. (This class begins on Thursday, May 6th at 1:30 PM at Kathy's home) Crazy Love - Jeremy Young Have you ever wondered if we're missing it? It's crazy really if you think about it. The creator of the universe loves us with a radical unconditional self-sacrificing love. And what is our typical response? We go to church, sing songs, and try not to cuss. God is calling you to a passionate love relationship with himself. The answer isn't working harder at a list of do's and don'ts - it's falling in love with God.
